After all, a Garden Room is an extension of your home.

The photos above and below are of a 4.8m x 3.0m Garden bar room we commissioned for a customer. We used 150mm and 100mm treated timber for the framework and 19mm cladding. For this build the customer wanted Anthracite UPVC windows and French doors that led into a open space that had a ''walk up to and help yourself bar'' instead of, as they put it, '' a bar they would be stood behind most of the evening if entertaining''. They requested laminate flooring with matching back wall behind the bar and tongue and grooved ceiling and walls, we obliged. To complete the look the customer commissioned handmade copperwork spirit racks, bottle top counter tops and two themed resin and wood tables with industrial style legs. Copper lights with gauges and valves were added along with beer bottle fridges. 7no double sockets, 1no consumer unit and wiring installed. Pent felted roof and guttering. Electrical connection to your home can also be provided but at an extra cost as we would need to better understand the distance from the garden room to your property and the route the cable would need to take.

At DMBW we offer you a competitive price for the construction of your garden room. Our builds are constructed in situ, at your property. It will be bespoke, a one off, something no one else has, by this we mean it wont be made in mass production or on a production line where your restricted by certain dimensions, like the standard 3m, 4m, 5m dimensions ... ours will be built on site to your exact requirements, if your space is 3.25 metres and if you required it, we will build to these dimensions and totally fill that space, not partially filling it with something off the shelve.

What we don't do:

-We don't compromise on the quality of materials. We construct the base, floor, roof and walls using treated timber, we use screws throughout on the framework not nails.

-We are open and honest and will consult with you at varying stages throughout the life cycle of the build. At DESIGN: to discuss with you all the finer details. PRICING: to discuss with you a breakdown of all the materials and the total cost before you commit. CONSTRUCTION: during the build to ensure it is to your liking, and/or to incorporate a change you require.

-We don't include high % profit margins, the only percentage we promote is 100% satisfaction.

-We don't advertise on TV or in magazines, newspapers, or on leaflets as this cost needs to be recovered, yes you guessed it, a % of this would be passed onto the customer, hence why we don't do this.

-Our price wont include for trenching, cabling and electrical connection to the consumer unit in your home however we can include for this at your request.

-Our 1st imperative is a satisfied customer.
